Enrolment process

Children can start in either of our two terms, which begin in May and November. Applications open a year before the start date you choose, and most families apply about a year ahead.

1. A private campus visit

Every family visits before they apply. You will see a presentation about the school and how we teach, then walk the classrooms and the grounds, which is the only honest way to know whether a school suits your child.

2. Apply

Once you have chosen your starting term, message us on LINE at @kornkaew. Our admissions team will send you a link there to carry on: the terms and conditions to read and sign, and then the online application form (THB 2,000).

3. The form and the documents

The application form and the supporting documents are submitted through the same online link.

4. Assessment and parent interview

Shortlisted applicants are notified and given a date for a child assessment and parent interview (THB 3,000). Your child spends time with our teachers, indoors and out, so we can see how they are developing, what they are drawn to and where they will need support. On the same day we sit down with you, because a school and a family work best when they want the same things for a child.

5. Offer and confirmation

Families who are offered a place receive the offer letter, the invoice for school fees, and everything they need to get ready for the first term.

School fees are invoiced by term. For the current fee schedule, message us on LINE at @kornkaew and we will send it to you.

6. Transition Programme

Every new child joins the Transition Programme, four weeks during the school holidays before their first term. Children get to know their teachers, their classmates and the shape of the day, and parents take part too, so that the first morning of term is not the first time anything is new.
